I could write a chapter on this but here’s the gist:
Printed items: 1000 JPY (I know, the post-covid shipping rates are insane!)
Wearables: Free!
How long do I have to wait to receive them?
Printed items: Typically 5 working days*
Wearables: Expect up to 2 to 3 weeks* of wait time as the orders are being fulfilled in the United States by Printful.
* There might be events and incidents leading to a longer lead/shipping time. If your printed items foresees a delay, we will send you an email to inform you of the expected delays.
Do you do returns?
Sorry, unfortunately we’re not as massive as ZAH-RA or YOU-NIQLO, we do not have the capacity for returns. We do check every order before we drop them off at the post office but shall not be liable on the condition thereafter during transit.
