The 2026 Illustrated Digital Calendar: a year-long collection of hand-drawn landscapes from local Japan, reimagined for your smartphone and desktop. Each month features an original illustration capturing the seasons, light, and quieter moments—from riverbanks to urban backstreets.

October - A month of typhoons and rain to cool off the summer heat, and we gladly welcome the start of Nabe (aka Japanese Hotpot) season! Nabe season is when we buy packs of premade nabe soups, lots of hakusai (Napa cabbage), mushrooms, tofu and pre-cut/sliced meat, put them all in and dinner is served.

Optimized for modern devices, the calendar downloads as high-resolution wallpapers and desktop backgrounds in multiple sizes:

• Smartphones: 1080×1920px

• Desktop: 1920×1080px

Use it as a daily background, a screensaver, or a printable page!

Let a part of my local Japan be part of yours.
