Right in the heart of Asakusa, Daikokuya is a sento bathhouse famous for its rustic exterior charm, reminiscent of decades past. I drew this for a luxury car brand’s digital guide a few years back, and I thought it is a waste to keep this original sleeping in my archives so I’ve made it into a unique decorative art piece.

I gave it a fun twist by cutting out the ojisans that were seperately drawn to superimpose digitally, and giving this piece a pop by popping these ojisans!

Definitely a fun piece for your wash-up area, or even the restrooms and they’re sure to amuse your friends!
